Shipping & delivery

Configure what customers pay for delivery from Settings → Shipping, and print a packing label straight from any order. Booking couriers and tracking is handled by you, outside Forma.

Delivery rates

Set up flat-rate, free, or zone-based delivery charges — customers pick from what you've configured at checkout, and the chosen rate is shown as its own line in the order summary.

Couriers: TCS, Leopards, PostEx

Manual shipping with any nationwide courier — TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or others — is the standard flow today. Forma doesn't connect to carrier accounts, book pickups, or generate carrier consignment notes (CN/AWB); those integrations are on the roadmap. Book and track shipments directly with your courier as you normally would.

Printing a packing label

Open any order and use the Print packing labelaction. Forma generates an A6 from/ship-to label with the order's address and item list — print it and stick it on the package for handoff to your courier. It does not book pickup or produce a carrier-issued label.

Manual shipping

Mark orders Shipped and Delivered by hand as the package moves, and track delivery with your courier outside Forma — this is the same for every courier, needs no setup, and is fully supported.

Order status tracks delivery regardless of courier

Whichever courier you use, updating an order's status to Shipped and then Delivered keeps your own records — and your customer's order history — accurate.
